Rebecca has more than 15 years’ experience in strategic stakeholder management, engagement, communication, issues management and project management across the public, not-for-profit and private sectors in corporate and health care settings across Queensland and nationally.
As Group Director, Rebecca leads Phillips Group’s Health and Care practice area and manages a portfolio of work including social impact evaluation, reputation management, strategy development, strategic communication, issues and crisis management, business case development as well as change management and communications.
Rebecca is respected for her track record of implementing and managing a diverse range of projects of a sensitive and controversial nature and is highly skilled in building effective relationships to manage multiple stakeholders with varying views.
