BCF-AVCG sponsorship, Phillips Group, strategic alliance

BCF PARTNERS WITH AVCG ON NATIONAL SPONSORSHIP

As a strong advocate for marine safety and its extensive customer network, Australia’s leading outdoor retailer BCF Boating, Camping and Fishing worked with Phillips Group to establish a strategic alliance and national sponsorship of the Australian Volunteer Coast Guard (AVCG).

The alliance and sponsorship initiative included a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program to provide financial assistance and increase awareness of the Coast Guard’s role in protecting the wellbeing and safety of all Australians.

Within seven months of the partnership announcement, more than $100,000 was raised and donated to the AVCG nationally.

The approach and initiatives implemented helped establish the insurer as one of Australia’s leading and most trusted low cost car insurers, commanding more than four per cent of the Australian insurance market.

Supercheap Auto-CARMA-road safety education, brand awareness, marketing

CARMA – TRANSFORMING THE BEHAVIOURS AND ATTITUDES OF YOUNG AUSTRALIAN DRIVERS

To address the growing concern of driver fatalities on Australian roads, particularly with young drivers, Phillips Group, on behalf of Supercheap Auto, designed Australia’s first national road safety program - CARMA – a road safety education program funded by Supercheap Auto and supported by DriverSafety.com.au.

The initiative included a strategic brand alliance, a brand ambassador program, a school education campaign, media activities, the development of a dedicated microsite, a suite of community service announcements, as well as the creation of supporting marketing collateral.

ibuyeco car insurance, Phillips Group, marketing campaign, media relations

IBUYECO - AUSTRALIA’S FIRST 100% CARBON NEUTRAL CAR INSURANCE

Australian Insurance Holdings Pty Ltd (AIH) - part of the global Budget Group of companies - commissioned Phillips Group to develop a national public campaign to promote ibuyeco – Australia’s first 100% carbon neutral car insurer

The campaign included an extensive research program to determine consumer knowledge of carbon emissions and inform our media relations program, a partnership with Greening Australia, as well as a full suite of environmentally responsible campaign marketing materials to promote the ibuyeco brand.

The official launch held in Sydney achieved national and international coverage for ibuyeco and firmly cemented the brand as an Australian first for a car insurer.
